Not shipping to APO's is really not the issue here. If the message had simply been "I'm sorry, we do not provide that service" (see libs, it's THAT easy) no ruckus would ensue.
Reality is, one idiot can bring down a company handily with a misplaced word to a potential contract.

I read the article. I am aware of the issue. I acknowledged the issue in my post when I stated "Idiots aside..."
My post was for educational purposes intended to let people know some of the issues we have being assigned overseas.

Exactly and that is why most companies have such strict internet usage rules in their work places.
I've got a feeling the company is going to take the appropriate action against Mr. Khetani. At least they better.....
