Tears run from the eyes of U.S. President George W. Bush during a ceremony in honor of Medal of Honor winner Marine Cpl. Jason Dunham in the East room of the White House in Washington, January 11, 2007. Cpl. Dunham was killed when he jumped on a grenade to save fellow members of his Marine patrol while serving in Iraq. I don't always agree with him but I ALMOST always admire him...
Same here. I certainly don't envy him but I believe he does what he thinks is right whether I agree or not.
[I don't need to preface every compliment with a negative disclaimer] I almost always ADMIRE him too!
[Okay]
Keepin it real ping
He is.
In my opinion, they are a lot of sorry assed Americans alive today because he took the war o the muslims instead of allowing them to come over here and blow things up.
And the Americans are too stupid to appreicate it.
Contrast this with the laughter of Clinton and the person he was walking with during the funeral prossession for one of Clinton's cabinet members who was killed in that military aircraft "accident".
I won't qualify my admiration of this man with the word "ALMOST". He may not always do what I think needs to happen, but he is always genuine, and has never waivered in his positions (unlike Clinton).
No symbolism, all substance. Hang in there G.
President Bush is the real thing.
I've been feeling sad for him the past couple of days. If the country, the media and our so-called leaders were united with him from the beginning instead of sending mixed messages to the enemy, we wouldn't be where we are today. Even his own party is abandoning him now. He truly doesn't deserve this.

What is the (NONE) in your title about?
You're absolutely right . . . I should have removed the 'almost' from my post!
President Bush is a authentic leader of great character, courage and vision . . . We shall not see his like again soon! [Just compare his personal and professional qualities against ANY of the current crop of presidential candidates, left or right!]
What does the "(NONE)" in the title mean?
I always remember the Marine Sgt. when Nixon gave him the Medal of Honor; he had a cigar in his mouth and tears running down his cheeks. Semper Fi.
