I have a few names I'd like to add to the "Others" category. He's damned according to both religions. He murdered his fellow Muslims. He repressed the Muslim faith in Iraq. He desecrated mosques and Muslim holy sites. He interfered with Muslim religious education. He prevented Muslims under his rule from performing the Hajj. And, despite being fully capable, I don't think he ever attended the Hajj himself.
All of this would surely have Allah sending him straight to the Muslim hell.
