Support For Sanctity of Human Life

Resolved, that the Constitution Party endorse Ron Paul’s HR 776: Sanctity of Life Act of 2005 that recognizes the personhood of every unborn baby and mandates Congress under Article III, Section 2, to remove abortion from the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court
Oh, let it be so. If only... somehow I don't see this one getting through congress.
Ron Paul voted against a bill to ban human cloning (HR 2505 ; vote number 2001-304 on Jul 31, 2001).
He also voted against a bill making it a crime to harm an unborn baby during an assault on the child's mother (HR 503 ; vote number 2001-89 on Apr 26, 2001).
He also voted against a bill that prohibits transporting minors across state lines to get an abortion (HR 1218 ; vote number 1999-261 on Jun 30, 1999).
Ron Paul is now pandering the Constitution Party because he is thinking about a third party run in 2008, which he is only doing to help Hillary. I suspect that she will reward him well.
If Ron Paul tries a third party run for President, he will be destroyed, utterly. I personally can promise that to you.
How do you intend to fulfill such a promise?
