Let Obama speak at Warren's "church" Mr. Warren is a liberla through and through.

He doesn't hold to Scripture, and IMO, he is three steps away from becoming apostate.

My .02 cents completely.

After recent news items about Rick Warren, I'll not be
reading his book (probably wouldn't have, anyway). Looks
like he's getting too cozy with the enemy.

"Rick Warren was one of those 'leaders' who jumped on the environmentalist wacko bandwagon and now he's flirting with Obama? Anyone else think that Warren is a closet Dem?"

Don't forget his recent trip to Syria to visit Bashar al-Asshead. He is an obvious Dim. LOL--he's an openly Dim man.

Seems that Warren is following in the footsteps of another peripatetic SoBaptist, Jimmy Carter.

Well, hey, he is only a black man and a dimocRAT to boot. He's certainly allowed a few fundraisers here and there and besides Rickey wants so much face time on the cameras, he'll happily pose with anyone.

First Warren goes to Syria and now this? He's evidently gone lefty or lost his mind. But I guess it's the same thing.

"Some religions are more equal than others" Just gave me the idea that some people see government as their religion.

Funny you should mention that. There have been several Rick Warren stories on this subject (among others) in the Religion ghetto forum. One poster in particular observed that it wasn't until Warren got politically incorrect (from a conservative standpoint) that the fanatical defenders of Warren turned against him.

There may be more truth to your statement than you realise.

Hey don't these people realize Rick Warren wrote a best-selling book? Don't they know that he was recently a guest in that tolerant nation Syria? What right do they have to ask Rick Warren to keep a pro-abortion "leader" from speaking???? Huh??????

I am not pleased that i bought Rick's book on someone recommendation .

What is he thinking for inviting a slick man like Obama to his church, very disappointing action by Rick warren indeed.
