More contextual info in the graph--it might surprise a few folks.

Between 1990 and 2005, the number of white and Hispanic jail inmates increased at the same average annual rate. The number black inmates increased at a slower pace.

In the early days of the internet, it was said that it would lead to better understanding and less disagreement because those who used the internet would be able to find accurate information.

It was soon recognized that,while many were seeking out accurate info, there were also large numbers who weren't. Instead, they were congregating at websites where they could hear what they wanted to hear, to re-enforce their beliefs, and insulate themselves from accurate info.

FR is such a place.

While you, I, and a few others here will seek out the facts, most don't want to know the facts.
