Man died after collision blamed on undocumented driver
PALMDALE - More than 50 people carrying American flags and signs that read "Stop illegal immigration" demonstrated Saturday at an intersection where a young Palmdale man was fatally injured in a crash blamed on an unlicensed, uninsured undocumented immigrant who tried to walk away after the collision.

This walking away from accidents is a common scenario in the Denver area. Apparently the illegals have gotten word that the best action to take is just to leave the scene. Add this to the cost of having them in the US.
Ticks me off something royal.
I hope this is personally sent to President Bush, the House and Senate representatives by this young man's parents and to the state of California's leadership. They all need to know the consequences of their non-actions!
I was grocery shopping and saw about 5 of them pick up the largest cartons of beer sold-each of them! But, car insurance and health insurance are too expensive and food stamps are free from the taxpayers.
May his family be comforted by our Lord, the holy spirit and happy memories they've shared together.

about two years ago, it happened to me,i am a victim of hit and run, it happened about 10 miles south of Camp Pendelton, the illegal alien, hit my suv, and caused me to flipped over, landed on the freeway divider, upside down,thank god, i did not get any injuries, but when i managed to crawl from underneath my vehicle, the illegal was gone, on foot, according to witnesses,, eventually the CHP, find out who the guy was, and went to his address, he got arrested on site, when asked about why he fled, he answered " he was afraid to go to jail" and something else, the CHP let him go, on site, without detention on jail or booking, i have the police report and stated what i just wrote, it is a shame on the Chp
Lack of insurance has been a problem with illegal aliens for years. I don't think it's that they cannot afford it, as much as it is just not high on their list of priorities. I know alot of people who have been involved in car accidents with these uninsured drivers. Nothing seems to happen to them either.

My brother was in the crosswalk and was hit by an illegal alien driver in Portland, Or. The mexican yelled at him and drove off.
The authorites do nothing, turn the other cheek, and continue to let these squatters stay in our country.
thank God my brother was not severely hurt. Our government cares not for their own citizens. They'd rather sell out their own.
Would a class action lawsuit against the local or federal govt be possible in regards to this nightmare.This is insane.

That's what elections are for. Ask yourself why the voters keep reelecting the same people that we need to sue?
I do not understand why the US government is selling us out to the illegals. Is our justice system so broken that it is now futile to prosecute for minor crimes? Virtual immunity from US laws is what it amounts to.
