I suppose that Africa's plummeting quality of life had nothing to do with Rwanda or Darfur?

Actually, the countries they list are all very nie. I've only been to one (Ireland), but it was definitely a great place!
To: ItisaReligionofPeace
I've heard parts of Ireland are just breathtaking and I would love to visit one day...however, I love my country..despite the political chaos of this week. I cant think of anywhere else I would rather live. :o) Well, my own deserted island is tempting, I just cant afford one yet.

It sounds like the UN is recommending that Africans invade the 5 whitest countries on the map.

I noticed how they conveniently left that out.

The list of 177 nations ends with Niger. Above it are Sierra Leone You know that you have problems if Sierra Leone ranks above you.

That might be a problem :-)
However, thanks to immigration policy and native birth rates, this dreadful condition will soon be corrected...

I'm certain FReepers could come up with empty boxes and would volunteer to help them get the Hell out of our country!

I live in the area. I'll work evenings and weekends helping them pack. (Although I'll have to take very hot showers aftwards, to get off all the cooties. And I'll probably burn my clothes.)

These are great places to live if you work for the Government, think Summers should be cool and wet and believe that what is mine should be yours. Sounds like a UN poll.

Norway, Iceland, and Sweden are all awfully cold. A few weeks of more daylight in the summer doesn't make up for those winters.
