Well, let me rephrase that then.

You would simply love Utah County, Utah.

I started to leave home by car but I noticed a roadwork sign several blocks away and felt intimidated so turned around and went home, locked all my doors and got my shotgun out. I'm afraid to leave to vote now. Could someone contact someone to help me.

Susy Dim

Also there was no map in spanish showing voting places so I wasn't even sure how to get to one. This is an outrageous attempt by the republicans to disenfranchise.

Well we didn't "meet at dawn" but did make it by 10:00 am. No signs to contend with but guns loaded. No concerns about no Spanish directions just Finnish. Hope you braved the elements including those faulty voting machines and other Dem schemes blamed on the Repubs.
:-)

We voted at 6:45 am this morning in Greenwood, Indiana....pouring rain (light but consistent)...heavey republican district with heavy republican turnout....poll officials said they were busy from the moment they opened their doors at 6:00 a.m.....it is now 2:20 p.m., very grey and windy outside (which will keep the dems home).....used electronic voting machines which were great! No one is permitted to approach you within 50 of the voting place and since it was raining, there wasn't the usual "hand out the flyers" crowd this morning.

Heavy and steady in South Seattle. No waiting, but a heavier turnout than usual, despite terrible weather.

Has me slightly worried.

Nobody was talking to anybody inside the gymnasium. Nobody was hanging around outside either, the temperature being zero.

I'm some miles north west of Knotts Berry Farm in California.

It is busy and workers said their were a TON of absentee ballots sent in.

There were four workers, they saw I had a chocolate tootsie roll pop. They were envious, I had a bag of chocolate ones and gave them each one. :-)

Senate and the 8th Congressional, as well as a couple decent statewide initiatives.

McGavick is within MOE.

Also called several conservative friends to make sure they vote and discussed with several the proposition, judges and such.

People seem to want to vote here today. So different from the special election here in California before.

Im on a univeristy campus, so not much going on, sadly I think lots of my peers dont even have a clue what midterm elections even are. Although, Trent Lott hasnt even had to campaign, so im 100% sure hes gonna win. I sent in my absentee to VA for George Allen; however, and want to see him win!
