You are right. Any man can control his "impulses" if he has a mind to. It isn't that the moslem males (won't call them "men" in this context) "Can't," it is that they don't feel obliged to control themselves. They are the myrmidons of a culture wallowing in sick narcissistic savagery, who believe they have license to terrorize just because they want to.
