Every time Chavez travels, I really cross my fingers that his plane will crash.
Either blown up or mechanical failure, I don't care. They'll both work for me.

"He is walking about and goes out at night to visit the countryside, villages and towns," "Baghdad Bob" has nothing on this guy.

Whatever happened to Bagdad Bob? Last I heard, he had a platoon of Marines surrounded all by himself.

"He is walking about and goes out at night to visit the countryside, villages and towns," Chavez told cocoa workers east of Caracas. So do ghosts and blood sucking vampires!

The article read, "Fidel Castro was walking about and making nocturnal trips outside Havana..."
Let me get this straight: Castro has been rumored dead for three months now, yet he has been seen 'making nocturnal trips outside Havana...'
Sounds like a late night movie to me. Let's put the stake in his black heart, cut off the head, and burn the ashes. Unfortunately for Chavez, there will be no sequels.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said on Friday that Cuban leader Fidel Castro was walking about and making nocturnal trips outside Havana, countering rumors the ailing 80-year-old was dead. So, do they practice voodoo in Venezuela? I understand that they do in Cuba. Weekend at Bernie's?

The same thought seems to have occurred to everyone on this thread simultaneously. Garlic, anyone?

Or the Richard Dreyfus one where he was an actor that took over for an assassinated dictator.
