The cliches he was spewing were either a sign that he's ahead and playing it safe or that he is an idiot. I hope it's the former.

Obviously, it's the latter.

According to libs, every sickness and disease can be cured if they are allowed to experiment on humans. There is even more cures available if they happen to be Christians or Jews.

You got that right. Afterall, it was the Nazis who gave us that miraculous wonder drug (sarc/off), RU486 after experimenting on the Jews in WWII.

Corker should have just "no comment" on the ad.

You're completely right.

...duh you don't do political debates in private parking lots with only a very few to witness it. They've had 2 TV debates with a third coming up in a few days,

This is a typical Democratic tactic, play on the ignorance of the masses. Because most voters probably didn't see and weren't aware of these Senate debates, Ford just plays to that ignorance to put forward the impression that Corker is dodging debating him. There are so many examples of this kind of thing, playing to the ignorance of the rabble, that's become a staple of Democratic deception efforts they're just too numerous to mention.

Ford knew his stunt would get wide play and plant the deceit in peoples' minds that Corker has yet to debate him, that more people would see this on the local news than saw the debates. He clearly hoped he could deceive enough people that it could turn the momentum away from Corker. This is a desperate and pathetic tactic and indicates Ford knows this race is slipping out of his hands.

I think this latest stunt was something the brillant man thought of himself, rather than on marching orders from his crooked dad. We White Devils as his dad calls us are not buying JUNIOR's slick move to the center.

Who's to say that this wasn't feigned outrage? By complaining about it he draws attention to it.

It wasn't that bad of an ad....

Good! Work to get out the vote for Corker there in your area of Tennessee. Even if you make phone calls that is a huge help. We've got to beat the Dems. with our ground operation and that means people like you and me getting out the vote.

If this RNC ad caused Ford to try to crash Corker's press conference, then it served its purpose. Ford made a fool of himself. The ad can now be pulled.

"Harold, Call Me".

That's a funny ad. They should have run that a couple of months ago. It's not a good ad for right before the race, when voters are focused. If it had run a couple of months ago, Corker might not have had to denounce it.

On the other hand, Corker denouncing it means everybody will show it to show what is being denounced.

The RNC says it is standing by the ad and plans to keep running it.

Will be interesting to see how long this stance lasts.

That is rather amusing...but a bit over the top. If they just slightly toned it down it would have been fine - that guy saying "Canada can take care of North Korea. They're not that busy" was really funny. The Playboy girl was what probably caused Corker to want this ad dropped - over dramatic.
