Good luck pressing charges for an collateral damage event that happened in a combat zone. Frankly they should be counter sued for wasting time and resources on nonsense law suits.

Frankly they should be counter sued for wasting time and resources on nonsense law suits.This was the verdict at an inquest, by a coroner, not a law suit.
