A former congressional page said he had sex with disgraced former US lawmaker Mark Foley, according to a newspaper report, as an explosive Washington political scandal continued to unfold.

Budget Deficit Drops to $250 Billion

The federal budget estimate for the fiscal year just completed dropped to $250 billion, congressional estimators said Friday, as the economy continues to fuel impressive tax revenues.
The Congressional Budget Office's latest estimate is $10 billion below CBO predictions issued in August and well below a July White House prediction of $296 billion.
The improving deficit picture _ Bush predicted a $423 billion deficit in his February budget _ has been driven by better-than-expected tax receipts, especially from corporate profits, CBO said.

So is this unidentified gay male bragging or complaining about his little toot fest with Foley?

• In 1983, then-Democratic Rep. Gerry Studds of Massachusetts was caught in a similar situation. In his case, Studds had sex with a male teenage page -- something Foley hasn't been charged with.
Did Studds express contrition? Resign? Quite the contrary. He rejected Congress' censure of him and continued to represent his district until his retirement in 1996.
• In 1989, Rep. Barney Frank, also of Massachusetts, admitted he'd lived with Steve Gobie, a male prostitute who ran a gay sex-for-hire ring out of Frank's apartment. Frank, it was later discovered, used his position to fix 33 parking tickets for Gobie.
What happened to Frank? The House voted 408-18 to reprimand him -- a slap on the wrist. Today he's an honored Democratic member of Congress, much in demand as a speaker and "conscience of the party."
• In 2001, President Clinton, who had his own intern problem, commuted the prison sentence of Illinois Rep. Mel Reynolds, who had sex with a 16-year-old campaign volunteer and pressured her to lie about it. (Reynolds also was convicted of campaign spending violations.)

I say let them keep coming out with stories like this. The guy was 21 when it happened. It was a consentual affair. No law was broken.
The bigger deal they (the LSM, and democrats) make out of this the more they look like gay bashers.
There was nothing former about Monica Lewinsky's internship when she did not have sexual relations with that man.

This is a huge scandal! How dare a congressman have sex with an EX PAGE who was 21! A democrat would never have done that. A democrat is smart enough to make sure they are STIL A PAGE and UNDER 18 in order to have sex with them.
Since the Supreme Court thru out the sodomy laws, it appears that they were just exercising their Constitutional rights.
