Hah, nothing serious. In antiquity it was treated by large doses of hellebore [to cause massive purgation from both the upper and lower ends], and at present a large enema every 20 or 30 minutes [for a couple days at least, generally till the cure is accomplished] is indicated. A couple of points:
1) Conservative women are more beautiful, due to a restful and intelligent mind and more attention to grooming. Higher self-esteem means they look prettier. A stable, calm mind means they don't project their inner turmoil on to their features.

2) I dream prosaic, mundane dreams about people I know - co-workers, family, etc., and about my old house I used to live in. I haven't had a sexual, or even a wet dream in many, many years.

I'm not sure what this means, but it was very vivid.
