Someone help me out here. By burning off the alcohol, does the drink become less potent? (I'm simply curious--personally, I wouldn't pay money for a drink that wussifies itself).
less potent, but you'll never completely burn it out. a bottle of 151 is 75.5% alcohol. at some point the other 24.5% becomes enough to put the flame out, but you will still have a (smaller) proofage in the drink.
