So, the lawyers are saying that Bacardi needs to come up with a bottle cap that can't be removed?

Wouldn't this rather defeat the purpose of a bottle of rum?

151 has a perforated tin cap under the regular bottle cap, that's supposed to inhibit flames from going back into the bottle. it takes about 5 seconds to take it off.
best thing to use in 151 is a "snap cap." there's a set of beads inside the spout that lets out a specified amount of alcohol. after that amount is let out, the stream is cut off and it can't flame back in.
