Now, here are the ground rules (per Chris Wallace right now). Half on Clinton's glogal initiative, half on WHATEVER WALLACE WANTED TO ASK.

Wallace says he TRIED to get him back to the Global Initiative, but Clinton wasn't havy any of it. (That is true.)

Wallace says the only way he can characterize it as saying he "went off."

Tony Snow had said something about Brit retiring on his show before he left... next year I think... don't remember.

I remember we sent Brit a lot of emails...

Wallace says he is the ONLY one to ask him about his record in fighting AQ! (He reviewed all interviews with Clinton he could find.) Wallace doesn't think it is astounding that he asked the question, but that none of the others asked him at all!!

Stress brings out the true nature of people. It's instinctive and hard to override - It's like the "fight or flight" response. During that interview we saw the true Clinton.

I am sure honest psychiatrists could (and will) develop a very accurate personality profile of Clinton based on that interview and I don't think it would be very flattering.

It can be frustrating. I know someone, intelligent but gets his news exclusively from NYT and CNN. Rather frustrating discussing with someone who limits themselves with propaganda news.

I hope to enlighten him with some articles posted from others on FR. He's intelligent and might have an open mind to reading the news from other sources. I hope. :)

Yes. I prefer to not fight with relatives or long-time friends. I can remember when I thought the NYT wa accurate...although that has been over 20 years ago.
