Home sales have slowed here in Eureka and a couple of mortgage brokers have closed but at least prices are coming down.
My son's business continues to grow nicely...
The Sacramento BEE section for my area of "Superior California" says that Real Estate prices have dropped "less that 5%" in my zipcode. But in some other zipcodes very close by, the drop is much higher! Like 5% to 15% and even some more than 15%!
I'm sure happy to hear that the son's business is growing and someday I'd like to take a trip up that way and meet both of your families. That is, if they'll let me into Humbolt County!!! (grin)
