Apparently, it's only illegal to threaten the life of a 'Rat president. When Clinton held that office, at least one Freeper I know of posted something along the lines of, "he should meet a traitor's fate." Lo and behold, within hours the Secret Service was on his doorstep asking LOTS of questions.
But I see movie "stars," pundits, and so-called peace activists do far, far worse, with (as far as I know) virtually NO repercussions.
After Katrina, Senator Mary Landrieu of Louisiana said she wanted to punch President Bush. I guess no one takes the lunatic left seriously anymore.
