Would have been a swell time for the overhead lights to have fallen and taken the City of New Orleans and the State of Louisiana back from this pack of bozos. Col. Honoree is the exception if that is him in the cammos.

I saw an article or two in either Newsweek, or US News at the doctors office today (I don't buy that drek myself) about N.O. reconstruction, and they had a picture of a hugh pile of crap (appliances and such) pulled out of demoed houses and buildings.
Also thrown onto that mound were two yellow schoolbuses.
They would not have been there if Mr. Chocolate had used them to ferry people out of harms way.

And, just HOW MUCH was this "remembrance" and "celebration" (one supposes the Lord's Name was NOT used by the democrats - heaven forbid!) cost the US taxppayers out of emergency management funds that (other Americans) COULD have used for real emergencies.
