READ HILLARY'S LYING DECLARATION HERE. It is as if she barely knew Peter Paul, the man who spent almost $2 million on her campaign. He was the largest donor to a senate campaign in history. Hillary has put her own daughter in a position of having to commit perjury to protect her mom's political future. What a mom.
WATCH THE VIDEO. Hillary is laughing and joking with him. He is talking about an incident at Dartmouth in 1967. Hillary says to him, "Don't tell everything."
Sure, Hillary remembers nothing. Oh, she might have talked to him at one of the events. Actually, our perjuring senator had a lengthy discussion with Peter recalling Winter Carnival at Darmouth in 1967. Hillary had a blind date with a friend of Peter's at Darthmouth. She rememered the details of the date and told Peter how the guy ditched her during the date! But, in her declaration, Hillary doesn't remember anything discussed with Peter. Does any sane person believe that? I guess you can only remember for 33 years some traumatic incident like a blind date ditching you when he could stand you no longer.
And, of course, the money Peter spent on the Gershman Tea was not reported to the FEC.

She will be grilled when she is deposed. There really is a great deal of evidence in this case.

"the guy ditched her during the date!"
I'm guessing this happened to Hillary a lot. Most halfway "normal" guys would run screaming away from her presence at the first opportunity.........

For my birthday, I want Hillary and Bill to go to prison.
Is that really too much to ask?

Hillary's declaration looks very interesting.
It would appear that Hillary cannot contradict the testimony of others that the suggested conversations did take place. If she could contradict such testimony, then her statement has omitted that fact.
On the stand, she could be asked, "Do you testify that such-and-such conversation never took place?". It would seem to me that any hedging on her part, about what she "believes" that she would remember, will provide the jury with full justification to believe that the conversations took place.
I wonder if Hillary is afraid that somebody is going to play recordings that directly support the quid-pro-quo? She must have nightmares picturing herself in the position that Bill was in trying to explain his perjury while on video that the whole world is going to see.

Peter has loads of pictures and home video. She has a lot of explaining to do. She is going to have to explain what happened at Streisand's the day after the concert.

Hillary is about to be seated at the concert. Oh, my. There is Peter's Japanese business partner Tendo Oto. He wasn't allowed to be there. He wasn't allowed to give $27,000. Would you be surprised to know that she neither reported the money nor gave it back? The photo at the bottom is Jim Levin. He was Clinton's business advisor and his "eyes and ears" in checking out Peter before Bill would go to work for his company. Unfortunately, Levin flew to Japan and made his own deal for himself and Clinton. When Oto's $5 million was not put into Stan Lee Media as promised, the company collapsed. That is the business fraud of Peter's historic lawsuit. The argreement for the new Levin/Oto company was recorded with the Illinois Sec. of State.............just a few days after the election. Peter was no longer needed.

He paid to get into the fundraiser. $2,000 for the concert and $25,000 for the dinner.

You saw the video. She is laughing it up and got a big laugh from her pals when she told Peter "don't tell everything" about the Dartmouth experience. Peter spent considerable time with her at lunch talking. Poor Hillary. At the Dartmouth Winter Carnival, a friend of Peter had a blind date with her and disappeared during the date. But, of course, in her April 7, 2006 declaration, Hillary has no recollection. Wait until you see the clips of her with Peter at the Spago lunch. Should she remember explaining to him why she doesn't use email? She doesn't want it subpoenaed. Would you remember that?
