My guess is that we'll vote with our behinds and not make a move to the polls...That's the way I'm leaning!

My take as a 'Value voter' is that if the demo's take over I will not see the kind of supreme court judge appointed that will be able to overturn all of these extra-constitutional grabs that either party make. The judiciary is the most important issue right now!

"The judiciary is the most important issue right now!"You are exactly right. If the choice is a case of voting RINO, or voting Democrat, I'll hold my nose and vote AGAINST the socialist/Liberal agenda, and put the RINO back in his chair for now......

Any "values voter" that would vote for a Democrat is not worthy of the description.

And staying at home is equal to a vote for a Dem.

Only in one election. If it wakes up the candidates then in the long run it would be a better move.

Perhaps, but now is not the time. There's too much at stake to risk turning power over to the Democrats at this point in history.

They (the Dims) warn of "theocrats" and "Christocrats" who dare to consult their Bibles in making political and social judgments. They point to the large expanse of red states on the political map and refer to it derisively as "Jesus Land", and they belittle Christian conservatives, calling them the "Taliban wing of the Republican Party." Why any Christian would put these people in charge is beyond me...

the time to vote against RINOs is in the primary. The time to find conservatives to defeat the RINOs is years before the primary. Too many armchair conservatives only tune in to politics right before the elections. The time to make a difference is in the odd-numbered years.
To: Onelifetogive
"RINOs need to be defeated in the primaries, Dims must be defeated in the general elections..."That's a wonderful concept, but when the RINO is the incumbent, and a no-name conservative without funding or support is the primary opponent, you waste your vote when the RINO has the primary in his pocket.
Putting weak, no-name, non-supported newbies against the Democrat machine is not a winning proposition.

There are two wars going on. The terrorists and the liberals. The country is fighting terrorists and the Democrats are fighting Christians. By not voting, you help both the terorists and the liberals in their efforts.

Technically it's equal to half a vote for a Dem.

Yeah and it doesn't help when the president supports RINO's ala Arlen Specter over conservative Pat Toomey.

" it doesn't help when the president supports RINO's ala Arlen Specter over conservative Pat Toomey"I wish we had such a choice in the Primary in Ohio...two RINO's in the Senate: Voinovich , and DeWhiner, who is in a horse-race with a##hole Sherrod Brown....the Dim's in Ohio are STILL whining that they (Kerry) won in Ohio, and were cheated by Blackwell, and will be out in force (including the ever-present dead voters, provisional ballot cascade, etc.).
My only choice is to re-elect DeWhiner........
To: traditional1
Putting weak, no-name, non-supported newbies against the Democrat machine is not a winning proposition.I disagree. "Weak, no-name, non-supported newbies" who manage to defeat RINOs in the primaries become strong, well-known, supported contenders in the general election.

I don't' buy it. Sounds too much like a sound bite to me. This country has survived countless representatives from numerous parties and we are stronger today then ever.
I'm concerned about the long term, and repeatedly voting in people who say one thing and do another helps no one but them.
