That's a wonderful concept, but when the RINO is the incumbent, and a no-name conservative without funding or support is the primary opponent, you waste your vote when the RINO has the primary in his pocket.

Putting weak, no-name, non-supported newbies against the Democrat machine is not a winning proposition.

I disagree. "Weak, no-name, non-supported newbies" who manage to defeat RINOs in the primaries become strong, well-known, supported contenders in the general election.
