Can anyone tell me which flights were the suspected terror attack flights coming out of London to the US? I have googled and searched and can not find if specific flight numbers were ever released. I believe these flights included Wednesday, August 16 flights??
Local Boston coverage has suggested that Boston flights might have been a target.There's a perverted logic to this,given that 2 of the flights involved in 9/11 originated there.
I read an article today that the terrorists were still in the planning stages and not in the execution stage.
The plot involved flights to an undetermined number of U.S. cities including New York, Washington, Los Angeles, Chicago and Boston
Lots of conflicting information out there! What I read when this first happened was that it was planned for Aug. 16 (today). I have no idea what's true and I don't have a link.
Also, we were told locally that the targeted airlines were American, Continental and United. I understood that British Airways was also on the list in the UK.
Our governor was going to offer aid, if needed, to our Texas-based Continental and American.
Supposedly they were supposed to be blown up enroute which means over the Ocean.
