Tonight we crushed the Pinkos in numbers: 38 to 7 1/2!

Other than that, nothing really happened. (Somebody please step in and refute that statement!)

The weather was phenomenal for D.C. in August (low 80's with low humidity!) which probably helped to bring out extra FReepers. We couldn't quite understand what kept the commie Pinkos away...

Attendance was extremely high this week, but it can always be better! The following FReepers and FRiends came out to celebrate tonight:

I really don't know why its so hard to get a good pic of this bus, but I just never seem to get any.

We'll be back out at Walter Reed next Friday night, August 18th, from 6:30 until at least 10-ish at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Elder Street, NW in Washington, D.C. Let the troops know that regular Americans aren't too busy with TV, ball games, movies and other recreation to show their thanks and support to our brave troops and to peacefully counter America-hating moonbat-Pinkos.

Maybe you can't come every week, but please make it your patriotic duty to join us at least once in the near future. This FReep is rewarding, fun, and important for our troops and our nation.

As always, the DC Chapter's rules for protesting will be in effect. Briefly, they are: No violence. No profanity. No racism. No provocations. Obey the law. Treat all law enforcement officers with respect.

What Do You Mean Nothing Happened.

I was having smoking withdrawal.

My smoking "buddies" deserted me. And that after you brought those big, manly Marine cigars!! (I did get a head rush on the way home from smoking one). Megan and Ashley were not there, InGodWeTrust1 is in training for a Marathon, Concretebob, BMWcyle and Jimmy Valentine's Brother were not there either. My only smoking buddy in attendance was BufordP. Thank You bufordP for saving my night.

I was so distraught, all I could do was hang around the corner that had most of the good looking single patriotic ladies. Thanks to Freeping_In_Silence, InGodWeTrust1, Gretchen15 and daughterofTgsl for letting me hang with you all. It was a life savior. (I wonder why [Mrs] T didn't get any pics of that scene - No evidence?)

I would like to be more "PC" and rename our 'handicapped corner' to "FReeper Ward", with the qualifier that no bed pans were allowed. :-))

The Pinko effort was augmented by Stars and Stripes. Can it be that several stayed home in protest of the display of the American flag in their group?

That's it..... they hate america and the flag so much they just stayed home.
