Mark Levin's interview of LGF’s Charles Johnson
Mark Levin Fan site ^ | August 7, 2006 | contributor

For all those having trouble logging onto Little Green Footballs to read about the latest photo fudge and double-fudges by Reuters photographers, Mark Levin led off his show last night by discussing with Charles Johnson how the original story broke.

In addition, they spoke about the Reuters photos of the lady in Lebanon whose house was totally destroyed twice in 15 days by Israeli air strikes and another Lebanese lady who Reuters photographed and reported as having lost two husbands in 17 days. Mark also asked him about the recent threats Johnson received from a Reuters employee.

Where I wrote the Power Line article saying Reuters reported the woman, "lost two husbands in 17 days," perhaps I misread it the first few times. Regardless whether it was my mistake or a correction has since been made there, they now indicate Reuters photographed and reported about the woman twice in 17 days. Both times she claimed her house was destroyed by Israeli air strikes the night before.

Nice touch on the picture. You should include a "but accurate" line somewhere in the smoke.

I just copied it from elsewhere... "but accurate" would be the perfect touch.

Maybe someone could work Bagdad Bob's head into a window... "I Ga-ran-dam-tee you, there is no fakery behind me..."

But you can bet your ass not one news source has stopped using Reuters. They are paying their dues to Reuters even as we speak.

I heard it. Excellent!

Interesting how alleged wrongdoing by, say, Tom Delay or US soldiers is taken as gospel and plastered all over the MSM, but PROOF of wrongdoing (fakery) here is not mentioned.

Whose side are the MSM on? Unfortunately, we already know . . .

The photo of the distressed Arab woman was prominently on the front page of The Catholic Witness, the newspaper published by the diocese of Harrisburg. The accompanying article was very slanted against Israel. Not for the first time they published pro-Muslim propaganda; but it's the first time I was so mad I threw it in the trash before reading it all.
