Check out this nugget on the McKinney campaign buried at the end of a story in today's Atlanta Journal-Constitution:

Several people dressed in black suits and boots followed McKinney around. The patches on their clothes said: "New Black Panther Party Freedom or Death." The organization does not have an official role in McKinney's campaign and are not on her organization's payroll, said McKinney's campaign manager, John Evans.

So members of the "largest organized anti-Semitic black militant group in America" just show up spontaneously to follow McKinney around during the final hours of her campaign? This woman is nothing if not a predictable disgrace.

You'll remember that during the waning, desperate days of McKinney's last primary loss to Denise Majette, Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan magically appeared for a rally in the 4th district . Farrakhan wasn't "officially" there on behalf of the McKinney campaign either, of course, though I believe he encouraged people to vote for her. Just another rabidly anti-Semitic coincidence, I guess.

And who can forget the famous remarks by Cynthia's father, Billy McKinney, who blamed her loss on the fact that "Jews have bought everybody. Jews. J-E-W-S."

By the way, it may be that the anti-Semitic appeal doesn't pack as much of a punch as it used to, because Billy was back on the op-ed pages of the Atlanta Progressive News this weekend claiming that it isn't the "J-E-W-S" who are pulling the strings orchestrating the revolt against his daughter - this time around it's the "R-E-P-U-B-L-I-C-A-N-S."

She's a bigger disappointment for us people in the state of Georgia. The Negative image she casts on all the people in this great state who must tolerate this clown because they are unable to vote in her special district to get rid of her forever.

They renamed a major roadway in her district after her, which is now a major crime area. All the businesses in the area have long ago pulled up their stakes to avoid being robbed and murdered on her despicable Crack and Prostitute Memorial Highway. She's ran off all the employers in her district, except for the criminals.

Any chance she would do a Lieberman and run as an independent if she loses today? Why should she accept the will of the people, when they are just peons to her. I'll bet she cries foul, especially if the race is close, and keeps running anyway. Even if she loses, she'll probably show up at the capitol next Jan 3 and demand to be seated anyway. ;)

If there were a 3 way race is it possible the good Republican Catherine Davis could win that seat?

You got to be kidding me. Wait a minute, if it's in Cynthia Mckinney's land of destruction, I can believe it. I thought the high light of the old Memorial Drive was the huge Dekalb County Jail. That just shows the waste that our politicians are caught up in. I wonder what the costs are to keep those crap traps you mentioned, maintained, and open, to a public that nether cares about or more than likely never heard of such a wasteful venue.

Peace Garden, is that where all the drug dealers hang out and drive by shootings take place? I believe more people die in that area of Metro Atlanta every week than than do our heroic soldiers fighting the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. Maybe Hank Johnson will clean that pig sty up and get some of the big stores opened back up in that once popular area of Metro Atlanta. Of course it's a hard sell to get stores to come to a place where more shoplifted goods go out the front door than paid goods on a regular basis. They could always open up a bunch of gun stores in the area, that would have a big draw for that area.
