Have any Democrat congressmen/women with ties to Abramoff been forced to give up their seats or feel compelled or obligated to?

Have there been any allegations of a Democrat in a quid pro quo deal with respect to Abramoff? The only things I know are one-way Abramoff cash to Dem politicians.

It is on the US Justice Department to indict any Democrats with illegal ties to Abramoff. Indictments against Representative Ney's aides are what led to his resignation and also to Congressman DeLay's, in my humble opinion.
