"Have there been any allegations of a Democrat in a quid pro quo deal with respect to Abramoff? The only things I know are one-way Abramoff cash to Dem politicians."

It is on the US Justice Department to indict any Democrats with illegal ties to Abramoff. Indictments against Representative Ney's aides are what led to his resignation and also to Congressman DeLay's, in my humble opinion.

I agree wholeheartedly. If those aides have knowledge of quid pro quo deals, Ney and DeLay know they're sunk. We even know of some of the quid pro quo allegations. But I know of no quid pro quo against Democrats. The only thing I've heard is that some Democrats received money associated with Abramoff. That's a one-way street. There needs to be a two-way street for corruption to be shown.
