"To all who believe in the second amendment and want to send a message to the City of New York & Mayor Michael Bloomberg, be at the City of Marietta square in Cobb County Ga. on Thursday, July 20th 2006 at 10am for a Rally & Major Announcement. This is going to be a long and costly battle and will need the help of everyone who is willing."

Adventure Outdoors is organizing The Resistance!
Does Bloomberg still maintain a special corps of 150 cigarette police?
From the ranks of the radical, anti-Constitutional socialists, we get another "disarm the law-abiding public" effort by the left to neuter the citizenry such that it cannot exercise its rights under the Second Amendment.
Oppressive pols do not like the Second Amendment -- because it was created to allow the public to protect itself against oppressive pols!!! Gee, I wonder why the left does not like an armed public??
let the games begin!
This should be fun. Nothing like knowing your enemy. Go get 'em!
Well, you know, Reconstruction went over so well in the late 1800's, what the yankees need to do is come on down here and tell us what we need to do and how to live our lives again.
Bloomberg's problem -- which is also Rudy's problem -- is that this kind of sh!t reminds people who have never been to New York why they hate the place, and reminds people who have left New York why they'll never go back.
Has anyone else noticed that people who live in the blue states are mostly certifiable? I mean, what can you say about people who elect Hillary, Dean, Kennedy, Kerry, Shumer, etc, etc, over and over again?
What's with them? Do they enjoy high taxes and low government services? Do they like having the worst public schools in the nation along with the highest crime rates?
Are they ever gonna get a clue?
"Every time this dope Bloomberg open his mouth, Rudy Giuliani's presidential aspirations take another hit".

At the rally in Marietta a couple of hours ago, Adventure Outdoors and their Attorney, Bob Barr, announced a $400,000,000 (Four hundred million dollar) lawsuit against Bloomberg, personally, filed in the Superior Court of Cobb County, Georgia. They have also asked the Attorney General of Georgia, Thurbert Baker, to look into any laws that may have been broken by NYPD detectives and their agents as they pursued Bloomberg's agenda.
One nice thing about filing a lawsuit is that the lawyers can take depositions.
Here's the complaint. Should be interesting:
