I take the Path train all the time from Hoboken into the city. This has given me chills. :-( I worked and left my job at the top of WTC2 before 9/11. I felt lucky then. This news is very troubling.

Since 'they' all want to become martyrs so badly , what is wrong with killing them all ? Or killing as many as we can get ,including all that we capture? This is what they want . Why do Liberal bleeding hearts cry out in dismay so loudly when we give them what they desire? Is it because when we take them out it precludes the murder of innocents part of their plan? Must be...
I say kill them all and let their god sort them out. No mercy!

Don't worry. The DumRats are telling us there's nothing to worry about. So relax, chill out, and vote DumRat, because sKerry assured us they'll do a better job protecting us.

Headline:
"Plotters Plan Mass Suicide on Train on 9/11/06" This makes it sound like a bunch of "Hemlock Society" goofballs doing their thing.
Proper Headline: "Terrorist Plan to Kill New Yorkers & Cripple Transportation Foiled"
But of course they can't say that - it might imply that death & destruction is "terrorizing", and that our government is successfully protecting us from real threats.

We better not have secretly listened to any of their conversations or tracked their bank records!!!
(/sarcasm)
Honestly though, I want to see Schumer bash Bush for "wiretapping" terrorists now that this little plot was uncovered.

"Officials say the suspects communicated freely, thinking that no one could track them."
And thank you, American media, for disabusing them of that notion.

Welcome to FR, I think. The radical islamics have figured out that aircraft no longer make a target. They are relegated to other means. If you are indeed in fear, beat a few of them within inches of their life. This is proven to be an effective deterrent, since muzzies can not tolerate being humiliated. Some of us make their humiliation a part of daily routine ;)

WoW! That's gotta be very scary. I think I'd buy a boat and forget taking anything in the way of mass transit, or even better, I'd move far out into the country like I did. I'm soooo glad I live in the country now. I can see anyone coming down my road and that's the way I like it.

We are at war with an enemy we can't readily identify.
We've knocked them down royally here and in other countries, but they are elusive and among us.
Everyone must live with some form of concern for the foreseeable future. Fortunately, you have been protected to date.
I hope that continues.
