Unless the WashTimes knows something no one else knows, there has been no such evidence released. And the Marines involved told the father of the dead Marine that these people were killed in crossfire.

Moreover, they haven't even exhumed the bodies yet to perform a forensic exam (despite news claims otherwise). All they have to go on is the word of a doctor with terrorist sympathies, and some oddly changing witness accounts.
