Our numbers were increased by 25% with iMacMan's presence. Our following also included Cindy_True_Supporter, Lurker Bill, [Mrs] Trooprally and myself. We sorted out the all-weather signs Friday night at Walter Reed so we just grabbed that same bag for today. The wind picked up from the morning so the red banner did not get put up.
The moonbats had 9, down from their 16 last week. The fair weather moonbats feared a little rain and their numbers were almost cut in half.
After almost constant rain at Walter Reed the night before, [Mrs] Trooprally said a quiet prayer that the rain that had stopped about noon, would hold off till after our FReep. It did, and didn't start raining until we were heading home. Since we only live 5 minutes away, God's timing was "most excellent".

BELOW: Storm clouds passed over us the whole time we were out there. Towards the end, it was sprinkling on [Mrs] T (Not Shown) who was on the "western front" but not on Cindy_True_Supporter and [Mr] T on the "Eastern Front".

It was a good day for FReeping even though the rain threatened and wind picked up. With windows down we were able to talk to the drivers of the stopped cars and explain why we were there. Several had not noticed the moonbats on the other corner. We also got the super majority of waves, clapping, double thumbs up, and honking. We could only count a sure 12 honks for the moonbats. We estimated that that we got well over 100 honks, waves, etc. We consider that an excellent FReep!
Oh, did I mention that it was fairly warm, in the low 60s. We are finally catching up to all the smart a$$ FReepers * :-))* in California & Arizona who rub in their temps in the 70s & 80s, and who FReep all year long in light jackets or short sleeves.
