We tell countries what they can and what they can't do. If they don't abide we basically go to war with them and change their government and maybe to an extent their culture for them. Is this not a form of terrorism?

I imagine though that foreign countries considered us hostile, their stance would probably come from our recent acts; Afghanistan, Iraq, and now a situation with Iran.

Wow, you are an idiot. I guess N Korea and Iran have ceased their nuclear weapons programs. And I suppose China has let their currency float. And I suppose Japan has let us keep all of our bases thoughout their land. And I didn't realize that we actually didn't lose any of our airbases recently in Uzbekistan nor did I realize that Kyrgyzstan was threatening to do the same. Finally, I must have missed the news that Russia was getting tough with Iran over the nuclear issue. By your premise all of these things must have happened otherwise we'd be at war with them all.
