Yank their chain!( EVERYBODY - and I mean EVERYBODY–take Friday off! (Americans Protest Illegals)
World Net Daily ^ | 3-30-06 | (Letter to Ed)

Yank their chain! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Illegal aliens marching in the street demanding rights? Politicians swooning at their feet?

How about they swoon at our feet? Worry about backlash from we the citizens! How about we give them a tug on the chain so they know who's in charge? How?

Everybody – and I mean everybody – take Friday off.

Not only does it tell the elites & their lackeys in D.C. that it's our country – not theirs – but it speaks the only language they understand: money. Hit them where it hurts.

If even a quarter of the people took this Friday off, that'd snap their heads around real quick.

EVERYBODY TAKE THIS FRIDAY OFF. It's a small, small price to pay to save the United States.

I'm in. Are you?

(Name withheld)

(VANITY) This angry letter to World Net Daily urges real Americans NOT to show up to work on Friday. This also happens to be Caesar Chavez day and a lot of rallys and walkouts are being organized. My question is... will this work? Half the work force in the Southwest will be at the protests (rallys) anyway. Wouldn't a better protest be to withhold Government paychecks?

Merits of this idea aside, trying to organize it the day before is asking for failure.

Good point, it should be planned for NEXT friday instead, to give people more leeway.

Not a chance.. I am not going to punish my employer for something unrelated to them. We shouldn't act like the hooligans who are out marching..

That's an excellent point. It should go two weeks from today. Target media towards police, firemen, air traffic controllers, nurses, teachers, and other key personnel whose absence would undermine the fundamental structure of society.

Cinco de Mayo

We need a coordinated 'Sick Day'!

Talk radio needs to be up front and together on how to show our disgust with the President's support of the MeCain/Kennedy Amnesty Bill!

I remember during the aftermath of the 2000 Presidential election in Florida that I told my husband that Democrats would win the battle because Republicans are basically good working people that will not take to the streets in mass to protest. It takes to much planning to get time off of work, get babysitters, find parking for the mini vans lol, etc.

At about this time the good Republican citizens in Florida blew a few gaskets when ballots were absconded by democrats at some office. They had an impromptu protest. I think it actually scared the begeebees out of the democrats.

Lesson learned, if you push to hard we will push back.

Frankly I've thought for years...that the Feds are scared out of their gords of the WWW.....Because of it's ability to connect/unite millions of people in close to real-time.

Just think...if every Freeper agreed to withhold their IRS payment. Or a whole city, or better yet a state. ( IF, they owed )

Although they would make examples out of some.....They cannot put us all in jail.

FWIW-

Withhold Government paychecks...

I was alluding to paying our politicians.

Yes. This would punish employers. That's what worries me about this idea. However, a reasonable protest is warranted.

Perhaps American students should stay home next week. ALL WEEK.
