Support 4437! We have got to regain control of our borders.

I support it but I'm not sure I trust it. Senators have a bad habit of being sneaky critters.

I heard on a local KCMO radio station discussing a 1,000, south of the border local walk out from work, this past Friday, that to send back the illegals in this country would destroy Mexico. Mexico could not handle these people going home. This was from a prominent local offspring of illegals.
I am getting the impression that these people will fight, literally to stay here.

Support..build the wall, kick em all out. America's workers and citizens first, always.

Yes... I support it... but I've also supported all the other laws dealing with illegal aliens that are ALREADY on the books. What good are laws... when the courts refuse to enforce them?!

Absolutely, positively AGREE with this, is the wall built yet, huh, huh, is it, please hurry. Listening right now to local talk radio where a latina is objecting to this measure and insists there is not a legal path to citizenship in this country and that's why there are so many "undocumented" residents, barf, the talk show host said, funny thing you know, the President is attending a citizenship ceremony today so there has to be some legal path, the latino insisted there wasn't, wth?????

I'll support it. I would expect the law can be tweaked up a bit later to make it smoother and fairer later. Right now we have to crack down on the illegals!
To: Jim Robinson
Support! But like a lot of FreePers here, I don't trust the Senate.

Stupid law.
1. So you make being illegal a felony. So what. If you deport an II, he'll come back. If you jail an II, you're using my money to pay for his jail time and probably letting out a rapist, murderer or other truly undesirable person back into society early.
2. Better solution is guest worker bills.
3. American's have been concerned about immigration for 200 years - so far, the more people we've let in the better we've been off. Our biggest enemy has almost 900 million more people than we do. People are power.

I too don't trust the Senate. I like the bill, but if local enforcement is not there, what of the bill?

Gov. Richardson (D-NM) is on FoxNews parroting GW -- 'jobs Americans won't do' yada yada yada.
We may have to start a list of which pundits, consultants, politicians come out for and which come out against.
The Illegal Immigration issue may turn out to be the primary issue as early as 06.

SUPPORT.
I am the husband of a naturalized American who got her citizenship the hard way -- LEGALLY.
If this many illegals are protesting so loudly, we must be doing something right.

Support - however, the fence is a waste of money, just insane as they will fly over, tunnel under or walk around. If our laws were enforced both for illegal aliens and drug dealers most of the problem would cease. As it is our law enforcers are burdened with politically correct instructions - one is the "right to a trial". Legislation must be written to correct the abuse of that 'right' for illegals. Governor Napolitino of AZ is still doing nothing and the BP don't want the National Guard at the gates, they want them spread out on the borders - the Gov. and Kolbe are all about politics and nothing more
Kolbe didnt even vote on HR4437! One lesbian Gov. and one Gay Congressman AZ can do better than that
.

IMO, this situation is beyond our control. We've let it get to the point where, no bill , change in the law or personal opinion, will change what is happening. I guess I'm befuddled. All We can do is fence the borders but, the illegals here will probably just tear it down.
To: Jim Robinson
Yes. Also agree with this:
"Yes... I support it... but I've also supported all the other laws dealing with illegal aliens that are ALREADY on the books. What good are laws... when the courts refuse to enforce them?"
