So the jedge says to plea bargin this case would "undermine" the credibility of the justice system. And this is a system which routinely pleads down murder, manslaughter and mayhem of EVERY type.

I think the judge just wants to be able to LOOK at this babe so she must go to court for trial.

the charges will be dropped now - the plea deal was something at least, now she walks. she walks right over to Playboy.

So this judge should just throw in the towel on trying to keep up the integrity of the court?

This is the same justice system that rewards political hacks with judgeships without regard to their courtroom experience, ethics, legal knowledge, or temprement.
