The Rodney King method for deciding innocence or guilt in these cases shows that clearly she is innocent, and should be released immediately.
Clearly she is not innocent, and I think that at the time no one was feeling particularly guilty. She was hot, he was hormonaly. In both cases, decision-making ability was severely impaired.
