Fox News Alert: Judge (Judge Andrew D Owens, 12th Circuit of FL) has entered courtoom. He is cautioning the audience in the courtoom to remain quiet and not speak one way or another in regards to his sentence or they will be removed.

I hope the judge is not as slack as the one who allowed the monster to stay on the streets against the recommendation of his parole officer. Carlie would not have been killed if that judge had done his job.
This man kidnapped her, raped her and exposed her to horrendous other crimes against humanity much less an young girl. He had no right to interfer with her life in any way, shape or form and therefore, he deserves to DIE. He needs to be executed or stuck with a needle. If that is inhuman to the crying libs then so be it...he deserves the pain he inflicted on this young girl and her family. He deserves a dark, cold, damp, dank cell never to see the beautiful sunshine again. Let him begin his sentence in hell right here on earth. No sympathy for this low down scum. He deserves to die. Period!
It is difficult and disturbing to listen to. I think Smith has certainly set a new benchmark for behaviors deserving death.
