Former U.S. president Clinton says Middle East peace one of his great regrets

There is a whole Arab world that isn't mentioned in the news that is victimized by terrorists and religious fanatics, says former U.S. president Bill Clinton.

It's also a world where there are many people dedicated to building a lasting peace, Clinton said during a speech in Montreal on Tuesday. Even the recent election of Hamas doesn't mean Palestinians support the violence and terrorism often linked to the extremist group, Clinton said.

Palestinians don't want violence and Shariah law, he said.

"Palestinians elected Hamas because they promised to make the buses run on time," Clinton told about 5,000 people who paid up to $900 to attend the Power Within conference, featuring Clinton and others, including former Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong.

Clinton said the failure of long-lasting peace in the Middle East is one of the greatest regrets of his two-term presidency.

He also said he regrets the failure of a universal health-care system for the United States and the failure to stop the genocide in Rwanda.

The former U.S. leader said partnership among nations, and not just increased security, is the way to building a more secure world.

"Yes we need a security policy, but if you can't kill, jail or occupy all of your enemies, then you have to spend some time building a world with more partners and fewer enemies," he said.

"And that requires all of us to build a world with shared responsibilities, shared benefits and shared values."

The next stop for the conference is Vancouver, where Clinton will speak to a sold-out crowd on Friday.

Clinton had a pathological aversion to ever telling the truth. Palestinians elected Hamas because Hamas promised to kill the Jews. End of story.

Who is in dire need of a brain transplant and first in line for it?

Bill Clinton?

Any Palestinian supporting Hamas?

The fools willing to drive the buses?

Or Lance?...

Bite your lip and say that you're "deeply saddened," Bubba. The MSM will forgive you for anything.

If he has his way, he will replace Freddy Kruger as the worst nightmare of over 3 billion people after he dies....

Poor regretful clinton. So much to do and so little time. Of course that's complicated a little when you spend so much time chasing interns around the office for hum jobs and covering it up along with other rapes.

Of course his number one regret is GETTING CAUGHT abusing a superior/subordinate relationship with a star-struck, low-level, flunkie, the age of his daughter.

"And that requires all of us to build a world with shared responsibilities, shared benefits and shared values."

This from a man who denied everything he did wrong, took credit for what others did right...and doesn't have any values worth sharing with anyone!

Of course he had no regrets turning OUR NATION'S HIGHEST OFFICE---into his very own personal MASSAGE PARLOR.

His presidency, period, is one of my greatest regrets of his two-term presidency.

Yeah, HillBilly, many! They surely number in the tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands--shop owners, medical workers, firemen, etc.

Let's see, that would be out of 3.5 million people, right?

Oh and having the intern put oral suction on his privates and staining her dress with his semen in the oval office didn't make it to his list of great regrets?

Why do people like him just hang around so long? They're like dead skunks. Have you noticed just how long a dead skunk stays put? Even buzzards don't like to eat them. They just smell bad and attract flies long after they should have turned back into dirt.

I have it all figured out! Bill Clinton is a dead skunk! :-)
