Now that's a funny article. I saw parts of Grizzly Man on the Discovery channel last weekend. Treadwell was such a shrill, vapid, self-absorbed, mental and emotional trainwreck that I couldn't stand to watch all of it. At first I was trying to be somewhat sympatetic to this disturbed wretch, but after 30 minutes, I wanted to scream "just eat him already!"

This movie could have been better. If he had left his camera rolling for someone to find after he became bear crap. That would be he and his girlfriend actually being eaten by the bear. Now there is a flick I would buy. Even so , it did have a happy ending anyway.

I'll second that opinion. I watched about 15 minutes of it, and after wiping the tears of initial laughter from my eyes, it just got more and more emberassing. What a selfish man. I ended up feeling sorry for him, once I realized that he was serious!

That's about the same way I felt watching the Bjork movie "Dancer In The Dark" when she finally hung herself at the end of the movie. I was relieved. The "liberals" are such self-indulgent, self-important, self-centered whiners.

Reminds me of the story of a stage production of "The Diary of Anne Frank" where the lead actress was sooooo bad that at the point where the Germans burst into the building to search for her, the play's audience shouted, "She's in the attic!" to get it over with.
