Great with mayo, or lemon butter.
Here in Slovakia, it is a major vegetable.
Almost every day I go to a small pastry shop that has a croissant that is stuffed with Broccoli.
Cabbage is a staple here. At The Slovak Pub I have cabbage
soup in a bread bowl..yummie.
