Just my opinion, but leftist idiots like Kerry don't deserve "nice guy" treatment, and I believe republicans have done the country a disservice by allowing the dems to get away with absurd left wing positions. A lot of republicans believe the dems' extremism helps them win a particular election, but slowly the dems' kooky left ideas are becoming mainstreamed. IMHO it would be better to blast a left wing commie rat by calling them out on it.
That was the point of my post. He did not release his whole record to the public. Only to his friends in the local press.
But what he did release, will probably allow him to say that he did sign the form 180 which is what I would like to see.
BTW.. he was promoted to LT, but was discharged LTJG.
That in itself is a damming evidence that he did not leave the military in full grace.

Liberals sitting around talking to each other; the press always celebrating their "courage" and then when they have to leave the castle of head nodding - bam - right between the eyes! And they are stunned and then they whine and whine and whine... Well, Kerry always thought of himself as a war hero and the press never questioned that self delusion. He is closer to a traitor in the eyes of his real peers.

Whole crew about the scratch on the arm incident, AND
REJECTED his letter for purple heart commendation.
His commanding officer is still alive and will swear to it
