Thanks for the great link to the Modesto Bee. Not easy reading the article and seeing the photos thru tears. Especially when reading about the widows whose husbands did not come back, but wanted to be there to greet the troops, knowing it was their husbands' wish.
What a blessing all these troops and their families and loved ones are, sacrificing for all of us. We thank you for your service and a grateful Nation welcomes you home--we'll be waiting for Greg tomorrow! Glad you are all safe. Hope we see more photos!
A proper SALUTE to GREG from me and the missus.
He and the many fine men and women of our Armed Forces are what makes and keeps this country FREE.
While our politicians risk only their re-election, these fine Americans risk their lives, and many have paid the ultimate price.
A debt that we should remember and carry on our shoulders as long as we are a free nation.
A debt that money cannot pay off, but that two simple words can put a balance to.
