How does Bush pronounce it? Jimmy Carter famoulsy pronounced it "nukular" and he was a nuclear engineer.

My former nuclear physics professor (and the only man presently certified to run two reactor facilities) pronounces it "nucular". That's enough for me.

Funny thing. I hear more people say "nuculer," some educated, since the libs made such a big thing about Bush.

You know I don't care if the Prez or anyone else for that matter says noocleuuur or new_clear but I find the left's fascination with this very hypocritical with their beloved kennedy's and Cuber, Africer. Where the hell is the "r" in Cuba or Africa? Oh silly me the left can do no wrong.

Paula Dean pronounces flour "flower" and that is good enough for me too. She is a georgia gal who cooks on TV.

You know! that is just the way that people from West Texas pronounce it. No different than listening to people from Mass. add an a or drop an r. They sound really funny to me.
My whole family sounds just like George Bush, and there are more degrees among them than a thermometer.
