The testing took place on public property, and is clearly legal. The Rats' reaction to all this just shows what we've all known since 911, which is that they don't really believe 911 changed anything, despite the 5 years of lying they've done. Now they make no pretense of their contempt for efforts to prevent another 911.

Headline should be:

"Americans Angered by Presence of Muslims and Mosques"

Yes, we must prove our tolerance toward our islamist invaders by giving them the first nuke attack free.

This map is a bit outdated.  More Mosque's have sprung up across the US since this map was published.

I see the liberal media is still quoting CAIR, which is funded by Hamas.

FBI agents have secretly monitored radiation levels at Islamic mosques

So secret that it's broadcast all over the place?

The RATs should come up with legislation that makes it illegal to test for radiation.

Good. And I want the stinking RATS to publicly state that when they regain the House and the Senate that they will cease all monitoring for nuclear materials at Islamic locations. I DARE them to say it!

If some rogue Islamists had stockpiled radioisotopes (for a dirty
bomb) in a mosque, thus harming some innocent Muslims, CAIR and
every USA lefty would be crying:

WHY DIDN'T BUSH PROTECT OUR VULNERABLE MUSLIM CITIZENS?

As far as I'm concerned the following freeper slogan sums up the fact
that Dubya has done the right things and thus prevented any more
terrorist attacks in the USA:

BUSH SPYED, NOBODY DIED

While the news as reported attempts to argue racial profiling [religion is not a race], the MSM profiles just as much or more, and as an institution of the state ought to not receive special dispensation.

This story is related to a book promotion by the NYTimes.

Never, ever trust a muslim. Lying and deceit are promoted in their effect to murder innocent civilian men, women and children.

So Clinton could spy on white supremist groups in the wake of Oklahoma City but Bush can't spy on Muslims in the wake of 9/11. Do I have that right?

Since abnormal levels of radiation can cause cancer, you'd think the ingrate Muslims would be glad the Feds are doing this, at taxpayer expense.

It's just a misunderstanding. CAIR and the media tools have confused the American right to privacy with the Islamic right to piracy. In the meantime, Iran is actually building a nuclear bomb in the face of major hand-wringing from the EUnuchs but as long as the FBI isn't doing radiation checks on their UN mission or their PR firm, I guess our freedoms are safe.

"with full rights for most citizens and another diminished set for Muslims"

That's because "most" citizen's ain't the enemy you rag head.

I have said all along, Irish Catholic Nuns are the real terrorists! I trully hope the government has not stopped this necessary surveilance program. The Democrats should just declare Islam the national religion and get it over with once and for all.

If the FBI were not checking radiation levels at mosques, I'd want them fired for dereliction of duty.

On public property and monitoring radiation not people. Sounds perfectly legal, but then I'm no lawyer.
