This crackpotology is standard for the scummy practitioners of the Religion Of Peace. They have been teaching the drinking of Muslim blood by the Jews for years in the Madras schools.

And, by the way. Just who in the hell would want to drink "Muslim blood?" If I were into drinking anyone's blood, (which I am not) that damned sure would not be my drink of choice.

This kind of story was actually started and used in Christian lands during and after the 1250's as a way to blame Jews for whatever calamity befell a region, or as a way of turning the population against Jews for political reasons.

It was ridiculous and racist then, and is still so. What is even more striking to me is that these Islamists once again show their lack of education, their cultural ignorance and their blind hatred.
