Good, I sell it by the 2 liter cheaper than anyone in town.

They sell it at Ralph’s and Trader Joe’s and it’s expensive as hell. Then you go down to Wholesome Choice (Middle Eastern store) and you can buy it by the pail much cheaper.

Only use I ever had for a pomegranate was throwing it. They grew around our house but nobody ever ate them or did anything with them. We used to play “war” and use them as hand grenades and throw them around.

Very cool. I just found a recipe for a Pomegranate Martini that I want to try!

We did the same thing around here with Tung Oil Fruit
Farmers were encouraged to plant them for substitute oil for WW2. The war was over before these were ever producing. I know where only one tree is today.

You got it! Wifey and I wanted to try some, but a quart was like the price of Jim Beam, so I settled on the swill.

Pomegranates are great fun, but they're what I call "bath tub food"....so messy, you might as well get nekkid and do the peel-and-eat thing in the tub.

Go to Costco, the prices on pomegranate juice there are much better.
