Bike paths are now a federal priorty don't you know, the Congress comitted itself to spending $3 billion over ten years on them.
Must be an amendment in the Constitution I missed.

Nope. They want bicycle paths. ...except for the "liberals-only" superhighway system for their SUV traffic, and the international "greenies-only" airports for their private jets. They have important environmental meetings to go to after all.
